With BiblioCNRS am I entitled to access all resources and not only that of my community (biblioVIE, BiblioSHS, biblioPLANETS, biblioST2I ...)?

No, CNRS negotiates with publishers of scientific resources for each community (corresponding to thematic portals). Unfortunately we can not get out of the contractual framework negotiated with publishers.
Enlarge the community of beneficiaries of electronic resources represents a financial burden for the CNRS, which is not necessarily possible
