" May 2007, the municipality of the village of Abondance in Haute-Savoie announces discontinuation of operations of the ski area above sea level.
December 2009, following a mobilization of the population, a change of municipality and the arrival of a U.S. investor, the ski area reopens Essert.

To act as the "pure" slide down a snowy slope is still evident experience, both collective and individual . "

Wedding Program Thank You With Memorial Wording

Wednesday, January 26 was Australia Day national holiday that is in Australia .

Last year we had completely missed because we were on the road Melbourne / Sydney (900km).
So this year we decided to do as many Australians: meet friends over a beer and a barbecue.

time we got organized with Charlotte Denis, Coralie and Yoann on Avalon for a late lunch on the beach with good quiches and pastries with a French bakery and a grocery desfruits bio.
Taken by the plugs this holiday we changed our original plans for the Palm Beach Ku-ring-Gay National Park. It was hot hot and even a trip to the beach required.

Cyril and I enjoyed our last strength for a little walk a few miles to Flint and Steel Bay and Flint and Steel Beach. While short but steep walk, especially in this heat. Swimming was

not refuse after all that!

By late afternoon we headed to Newport for a barbecue along the beach and so close our Australia Day!

Powerpoint Wedding Thank You

Australia Day Australian Open Day 3 & 4 & Docklands

Our last 2 days at the Australian Open was a little different since we tickets for the Hisense Arena and Rod Laver.

temperatures were the highest and we enjoyed the sun up, finished the cool evenings on the courts (Monday and Tuesday evening it was really cold) ;-)

Wednesday, 19 we have seen play on the Rod Laver:

- Justine Henin against Elena Baltacha (57th - GBR)

- Andy Roddick - that we love - face Igor Kunitsyn (99th - RUS)

- Venus Williams against a very militant Sandra Zahlavova (97th - CZE)

And late in the day on the Margaret Court Arena:

- Na Li (11th - CHN) Evgeniya Rodina face (108th - RUS)

And finally Gael Monfils against Frederico Gil (91st - POR) Great atmosphere even though it was still nothing compared to the JW Tsonga match on Tuesday evening. And of course support the French clan which Guy Forget and Arnaud Di Pasquale.

Thursday 20 we had tickets for the Hisense but a lot of games we were interested in the smaller courts. So we did a lot of going back to see all the matches we wanted. Including:
- J. Jankovic (8th - SRB) against Shuai Peng (54th - CHN)

- Alize Cornet for a superb match against MJ Martinez Sanchez (29th - ESP)

- JW. Tsonga face Andreas Seppi (51 - ITA)

- Pat Rafter and almost short against Robin Soderling Gilles Muller (122nd - LUX)

- Andy Murray face) Illya Marchenko (79th-UKR )
